Great to have an REI here. Wide range of interest from Camping, cycling, beach, running, and rock climbing. The last one has me scratching my head some. They have great quality. And there are some really good deals to be found here as well. It looks like they have classes. My only gripe is it’s really far away. Put one in Miami please!!

Great experience service at the cashier desk! I found a little stain in the T-shirt and immediately the cashier try to fix it! 🤍 And gave me 10% off.. cause it didn’t go away so easily. The place its huge and i’ve got great deals in shoes department. 👏 Must say, all the employees where super friendly!!! 👏 Must visit! ✨

They have a lot of neat stuff. Found energy gel and wanted to try them. Labeled at $1.60 and got to register. Andreas (less than helpful) said they were $2.60 and pulled it up online. He saw miss label and didn't offer to help. I had to call for a manager (Melissa) who immediately apologized and fixed the pricing. Company should hired and train better cashiers in customer service.

Great customer service and a large selection of outdoor items. I finally made it to this location recently and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of items they had in stock and the variety. I have been a Co-op member for nearly 6 years and it is exciting to have an excellent store here in So. Fla

What makes a place and your experience in it truly good? The customer service. David at this REI location truly went above and beyond, answering all questions and giving us recommendations very patiently. He also introduced us to the cooperative and it’s membership program which is a plus for an outdoor enthusiast and trail runner like me. The selection of camping, trail and other outdoor gear at this store was pretty solid as far as a Covid hammered supply chain would allow them to be. Would recommend easily.

Good selection of products for a mid-sized REI. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about gear, clothing, footwear. Come here to purchase your running, hiking, camping, biking/cycling needs. Need durable athletic clothes, this is the place. Have an upcoming trip and need help packing / finding gear and equipment?, this is the spot to visit. Highly recommended.

Store was very clean. Well lit well stocked and the associates were friendly. Never really have a bad experience at an REI. This is my first one visiting one here on the east coast. The layout wasn't exactly the most intuitive, but it was easy enough to figure out where things were. It didn't seem like this REI was geared towards any particular outdoor adventure like the REI in Anchorage or Flagstaff or Las Vegas is. I did like the bench out front which served also as a bike rack.
